Recommended Posts

Sorry Epiphone, this one was just too nice not to post. The Spear brand. Check this bad lady out, I think she sure is pretty msp_thumbup.gif What do you think ? She sounds super good, to me, toomsp_smile.gif.

GEDC0406_zps5394398a.jpgThe holographic iridescent finish is unreal. It changes color at different "view points"msp_mellow.gif

Not my cup o' tea (too flashy), but I do think its cool.

Quite unique.

If I were an extroverted guitar player I'd be all over that mutha.

This is a crazy looking one, Crust. [woot] Congrats on this special beauty! [love] And if she sounds nice, too, there's nothing wrong with her. [biggrin][thumbup] Is she also a tonal chameleon? ;)

I would love to see at least a dozen more pics from a dozen view points using some different lighting directions, too... [wub]

HNGD Crust,

I think the Mother of Pearl type effect is pretty cool. Wonder who makes spear, usually you fill find a major maker has that as a secondary line.

Believe it or not, I have no more guitars or anything associated "on order" (for now)..the "ngd" pic tells it all. smile.gif

indeed msp_thumbup.gif

Again, another observation about some of the Epiphone guitars I've had the pleasure to play and own. The volume and tone pots on some of the Epi's do not have very "linear" tone and volume adjustment potentiometers. They go from zero, to "full blast" with 1/8 of a turn, or so, the "linearity" is something less than "great", on a few of them. Not so on this particular instrumentmsp_smile.gif and the "tonal spectrum", has quite "wide" range indeed. So, yes it is a "tonal chameleon"msp_smile.gif.

That thing really looks completely different. I believe viewing a video of her played by you on stage with the finish changing through lighting and your moves would be real fun. [drool][smile]

This Winter, as we continue to develop out "electronica symphony". I may take a few movies of what we are doing, maybe...but that is at least a few months from now.
