surfpup Posted October 18, 2014 Posted October 18, 2014 Another answer to the "why are there no good bands" question that pops up here often... 4th album from these Iowa kids just out...
Riffster Posted October 18, 2014 Posted October 18, 2014 A buddy of mine and I were talking about this album over drinks the other day.
surfpup Posted October 19, 2014 Author Posted October 19, 2014 A buddy of mine and I were talking about this album over drinks the other day. Looks like it's just you and me digging this one, bro. Listened to it again today. Sounds a lot like the other albums - though some acoustic guitar makes a few nice appearances on this one. What's cool is they have an identifiable sound - clearly a sound rooted in the 70s - but a sound all their own nonetheless.
Riffster Posted October 19, 2014 Posted October 19, 2014 The thing about Radio Moscow is that is just the main guy, the rhythm section is not the original but does not matter. I saw them open for Graveyard, how about that? The guitar player/ singer stood right next to me to watch part of Graveyard show so I had the chance to greet him. He put on a hell of show.

saturn Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Well I checked it out. Good stuff. It does have that 70's vibe, which is a good thing IMO. Even has some cool stereo panning going on if you listen through headphones. B)
