mgrasso
This is the first I've seen of these. It looks great in the photos. Love the burst. Would rather have a frequensator tailpiece though. $2,527 starting bid and $161 for shipping. Ouch. E-Bay link I did copy the photos for all to see. RMoss
It's a beautiful guitar but $2000?
mgrasso
Not just $2K but $2.5K plus shipping. That almost puts it in the class with the Memphis Gibson's only made in Asia. I think it's crazy that Gretsch charges $3,600+ for a Japanese made White Falcon. So that being the case, Gibson should just start making high end reissues of Epiphone models, one/two a year and sell them at Gibson prices. I would buy a high end Epiphone before a high end Gibson. I'm sure there would be one or two other forum members that would. But they have to be the right models. I love my Casino, but please, do we need 34 varieties of Casinos? Let's explore other reissues.
bobouz
Typical Terada quality, I'm sure, but that price is rather painful.
