slk
Took out my Riviera yesterday and the strings seam to be a little high. It was set up a month ago at GC and has been fine, but winter is here, and I think it need a little tweaking of the truss rod???? It seams to have more relief than it did.. I would try it myself but not sure which way to turn the allen wrench. clockwise or counterclockwise????
LPS1976
turning the truss rod to the right would bow the neck closer to the strings (over bow), left would do the opposite.
slk
Ok is that looking at the guitar from the headstock?
Whitmore Willy
As you are looking down the neck from the headstock towards the body: Clockwise to tighten for less relief. Counter-clockwise to loosen for for more relief. Willy
