Jayyj
http://www2.gibson.com/Products/Electric-Guitars/2015-Memphis/ES-355-Bigsby.aspx I wasn't hugely blown away with the 2015 lineup, but there are some newly added limited run guitars up there now and this one is pretty spectactular. Always thought green was underrated as a guitar colour and with the chrome rather than gold it pushes all the right buttons... Runner up prize to the Cherry ES295 as well! 4Hayden
I my self all ways like green and gold together , but the chrome I bet sells well

SteveFord
No nibs or VariTone (insert Bronx Cheer sound clip here).

Kaiser Bill
Get rid of the Bigsby, and I probably STILL wouldn't buy it. It looks like its government issue. JMHO.
Sunburst PB
Richlite Alert!! An ES-355 without an ebony fretboard just isn't right. At least they didn't put a Varitone on it.
Pin
God awful colour, revolting richlite fingerboard and no varitone. Dismissed!
Jayyj
Ooh, tough crowd! Richlite wouldn't bother me on a model which already deviates considerably from standard with the Olive finish and chrome hardware. I don’t like it as much as Ebony but it's not a deal breaker for me on a guitar like this. I get the green finish being a Marmite thing, but I think it looks great. I'd prefer a Sherwood Green metallic, but the Olive is still pretty cool to me.
dylanita
The fingerboard is NOT wood. It,s made using a plastic fiber (Richlite).. In a 4500 dollars guitar? Gibson must be joking.. Or maybe they believe that the buyers are ******* idiots.
Hype
OK I might be the minority here. But I really do love the look of this guitar....But I will have to agree, if I'm shelling out for another ES-355 it better have an ebony fretboard.... SteveFord
I'm holding out for the Custom Camouflage version with the updated Stealth Force tuners and Zero Minus One self adjusting nut. And you thought 2015 was a strange model year...
