midsm
I've just been given a Banjo(??)that was my great uncle's that I'm told he used back in the 30's or possibly earlier. It was passed along to my mother who remembers him playing it when she was in her teens (1930's)It has it's original case and from what I'm told, had its skin replaced in the 70's. Can anybody steer me into the right direction to get some background on it and possibly some sort of value for insurance purposes (it it's worth that much)? I've attached a photo of it. Thanks, Ian
