LC1-Cascade a goner?

I noticed the LC-1 Cascade small body is gone from the Gibson site. Did that model go the way of the Dodo bird?

I don't think these have been a regular production model in quite awhile. They can certainly be ordered, if you want one.

What? you mean Gibson would just make one if it was ordered?

or do you mean one could be sourced if required?

thanks.

I can only guess that Gibson work on the supply and demand policy if the Cascade is no longer in production.

I have one and I believe there are one or two other Cascade owners on the forum. These are just great guitars certainly for the finger style player but perhaps they are a little known jem that Gibson keeps to it's self. The last one to come on E Bay in UK went for £1600 (2600 USD) some body must know something!

I have an LC1 Cascade which originally was owed in US but I got in from dealer in England.

Absolutely love it. It's so light and lovely to play. There are not many for sale now, just seen one in UK for £1250.

Anybody else got one?
