Hello and welcome to the Forums!

Strategically weight relieved can mean anything! It covers all three techniques: the traditional (swiss-cheese), the chambering, and - the newest way -, the modern (wheel-spoke).

I am quite confident to say Your guitar is weight-relieved in the newest fashion:

hi i have a question about the Les Paul studio Tribute 60's 2013. She is chambered like the 2011/12 version or weight relief (swiss cheese )? In description says "strategically weight relieved", what is that?

It's the "Swiss Cheese" style.
