ThePainkiller
hi i have a question about the Les Paul studio Tribute 60's 2013. She is chambered like the 2011/12 version or weight relief (swiss cheese )? In description says "strategically weight relieved", what is that? btoth76
Hello and welcome to the Forums! Strategically weight relieved can mean anything! It covers all three techniques: the traditional (swiss-cheese), the chambering, and - the newest way -, the modern (wheel-spoke). I am quite confident to say Your guitar is weight-relieved in the newest fashion: Source: http://www2.gibson.com/news-lifestyle/features/en-us/weight-relief-gibson-les-paul-guitars-0615-2012.aspx Cheers... btoth76
It's the "Swiss Cheese" style. Oh my, is it? Sorry for misleading! For some reason, I thought it got the modern weight relief, just like the Studios. Cheers... Bence
