So what if I squandered my millions' date=' that just means you have the responsibility to take care of me, spread the wealth baby!!!! That's what our new President preaches and if you backed him you hold the same ideas. So when can I expect to see my new 50th Anniversary '59 LP Standard?[/b']

I will do this for you TED. I will add a new step on the republican platform. Other then the 'G Cubed' platform otherwise known as the holy trinity of Guns, Gays, and God; I now add charity for the wealthy. I mean other then the tax loop holes you already have. Now if you want that new guitar you can ask your fellow right wingers for the money.

If Ted's music or post is too loud for you - don't listen. BTW, I didn't vote for the "spread the wealth obama", it's his and your plan, so I'm not asking for anyone to buy me a guitar, it's your responsibility to buy one for me.

He's your president too Ted. So far as I know he hasn't signed any bills yet. So if you want a hand out talk to your congressman about getting one. You probably should have petitioned bush for a pardon. Bet you could use one.

Just because he's the President Of The United States doesn't mean I have to back him and his ideas. Not only do I expect a new guitar under Obamas "spread the wealth" platform' date=' I will be looking for a bailout package as well. You see my small company is in trouble, I'm going to have to lay people off if I don't get a bailout package. Let's just let the government take care of all of us. (sarcasm).

Let's not forget Your Man is going to close Gitmo and because no other country wants any of the A$$holes that are there, we're going to take them and THEN give them rights under the Constitution of the United States.

Oh and we'll give them health care as well. This is all from your guy.

Every human being deserves due process under the law. Gitmo is U.S. soil.

Sorry for my delayed response. Had a computer problem.

Homz' date=' do you think that he's really Ted Nugent?

Really, I'm curious now.[/quote']

No, Ted (the real one) is a much better thinker then that dude. Even though I disagree with many real Ted points of view I still find him amusing and entertaining.

Sorry to see you go Ted. Don't worry in the new America even morons are welcome.

You'll fit right in.

The one thing I didn't do was personnaly attack you by name calling. And I won't fall for that trap now - even though it would be easy. I have been around a trap or two.

AGAIN' date=' you still didn't anwser my question (one of the famous obama tactics as well, so why should I expect anything less from you), are you going to live up to the "obama spread the wealth" idea and buy me a new guitar? If not, I also accept cash, you could just put some of your hard earned cash into an envelope and send it to me.

I was 12 when JFK was killed. The world got darker for a few decades.

After Vietnam I had some adjustment problems coming home (PTSD).

Today, I am optimistic about America's "system" of government and politics

for the first time in decades. I actually squirted a few when Biden and Obama

were administered the oath of office, remembering when I was inducted into

military service and made the same pledge.

So many people and so much hope on the Nation's mall today.

I too, support (and have supported) whoever is in the Office of President.

That's just how I'm wired.

But I have been far more apathetic in the past.

Today seemed especially historic to me as I watched the coverage.

Today hope shines bright on a sunny day, as America does its (periodic) business

in Washington D.C.

I almost feel home again.

Sincerely.

Today I am proud to be an American. I am encouraged and enthused by the wisdom of our democratic process. We have for the first time elected an African-American as the leader of the executive branch of our government. The new president' date=' Barack Obama, takes control of [b']a country that hasn’t seen its position in the world so low since the great depression. [/b]The previous 8 years have seen the first terrorist attack on U.S. soil, which led to a call for multiple wars, which are still raging. We have seen the total collapse of both the stock market and the housing market. We have witnessed a near total destruction of the middle class and an assault on organized labor that is unparalleled in U.S. history.Today America gets another chance. A chance for all Americans to regain their status. A chance to undo the wrongs of the last 8 years. A chance to reestablish the rights and privileges mandated by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. A chance to hold our heads high and say “I am an American”.

Good job Spoonz! What Bullsh1t! Did you get this stuff from your union boss, or from the democat's website? You are factually incorrect in your statements. I guess you don't remember Vietnam or 1968, the riots, the beatings and murders during the civil rights struggle, the Jimmy Carter years, the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in 1993. I guess that you don't know that the US stock market lost more value during the crash of 1987, or that during the past 8 years over 17 million people bought homes and that as of today, less than 2 million homes are in foreclosure. I have heard you talk about Bush taking away constitutional rights and freedoms. Do you have any facts to back that up? Or is that just more bullsh1t, if you have some secret facts that only you and your fellow dems know about, then please back up that statement, if not, then quit spreading the lie. The labor movement has been shrinking over the past 30 years, it has been under assault by the corruption and graft within your brotherhood. The labor movement has failed because of it's own policies and stupidity. Unlike you and Michelle Obama, many of us have always been proud to be Americans. Today we take a HUGE step towards SOCIALISM and I'm scared about it. I hope and pray that President Obama doesn't fail completely, because this is my country too, but I hope and pray that Pelowsi, Reid, Kennedy and Obama are not successful in undoing 230 years of Capitalism, freedom, and democracy that so many other American's died defending. Put down the manifesto and pick up some history books!

I am proud and excited to be an American for a change. And it's a good change.I come from the other side than the idiot Nugent and that poser who is even more idiotic. I sat around kitchens talking with Black Panthers in the mid 60's discussing how to feed poor black kids and get them in schools and get their parents jobs and help get healthcare and everyone would say that one day a Black man would be president although we all understood the odds. It's a wonderful day indeed.

This is a nice birthday prersent for Dr. King.
