D4RK_4DV3NT
I came across this eBay auction for almost brand new Les Paul Bullseye...only problem is its previous owner tried installing strap locks or something and broke off two screws flush with the body. Anyone know if something like this can be fixed? The guitar is starting off at $1,999...a huge markdown from the retail price of $4,000 plus dollars and a great potential investment...if fixable. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=260349687374
Bluemoon
It is an easy fix. You would just need to drill it out. If you are not comfortable doing that, I am sure your local guitar tech can do it for you.
MikeRom
If you back it out you'll be left with a nice hole. I'd just leave it as is, strap will cover it up.

So the guy decided to install strap locks in the existing hole, broke the screws and then reinstalled them next to the broken screws. What a ******. I thought you meant the existing strap locks were broken.
surfpup
Some people shouldn't be allowed near a drill!
