David Roses The Stripper.

"The Stripper" is an instrumental composed by David Rose, recorded by the Joe Loss Orchestra in 1958 and released four years later. It evinces a jazz influence with especially prominent trombone lines, and evokes the feel of music used to accompany striptease artists.

Will do Phillip, its already evolved I am planning on playing it through my GR 33 with a string section patch with a guitar it tends to make one feel a little jazzier and of course the tune requires maximum raunchiness its a good one to learn for folk interested in finger style blues, the Stripper is in three Four time change to four four four and its got some realy nice Blues Turnarounds and progressions all from the one initial effort of learning this tune which for my money counts as very high mileage return on practice time.

It's pretty good Roger. Nice one!

Cheers Farnsey, its already got a bit better the GR33 has a Trombone and Trumpet patch which really does the job enhancing the Guitar part by Filling in the slurs and saucy bits, also there is an Oktoberfest Patch which makes it very Benny Hill.

Its been a fun excercise to learn it and I think it will definitely make for a good tune for parties.
