No pickup in the middle of the strat, I've taken them out since I was young. One volume, no tones, three way switch.

It is about to be converted back to a standard strat, three pickups, 5 way, volume tone tone.

I re-wired the tele this weekend, three way, volume, tone, like normal guitars.

I re-wired my Les Paul this weekend, two volumes, two tones. I don't gig anymore, those guitars are unsellable/tradable as they were, so time to get them back to normal guitars.

You gonna do anything to the EJ? That guitar is sweet. It takes some getting use to seeing a Strat with neck binding.

Oh no, not a thing. That thing is just stupid good, pickups and all. That neck is truly to die for.

Our 35th is this year, Mrs talking about what do I want and all that. I will run by Braun at the Cufftome Shoppe a Tropical Turquois EJRW Telecaster. I'd settle for an American Deluxe with an EJRW neck screwed to it.

I prefer fender's with maple necks, but dang that blue with the bound neck is giving me strat gas something fierce!!! It just screams cool with that set up.

Nice patriotic set there.
