Just what the world doesn't need [smile] another AATWatchtower cover.

It's freezing here in Sydney.Well for a temperate climate wuss like myself anyway. Probably nothing to what a lot of you experience. Here's my version of guitar comfort food. One of the first songs I learnt to play.

Don't think it will be as popular as the young lady that specialises in the double drop D covers who also did this

The cold, and the hard acoustics make the mood of that rendition. But... earmuffs? Maybe throw another log or two on the fire, FB ; ). Quite the contrast to Sal's salt water and summer-influenced Bojangles.

Nicely done.

And who was Miss Double Drop D? I should like to investigate that one...

Thanks FB, good cover.

I am ignoring the floaties post...

Earmuffs! Cold up on that watchtower?

Don't listen to the Sydney whiners, anybody - they just don't know what cold is! I visited Sydney exactly this time of year a while back and I thought it was summer and had Manly foreshore and all the ferries to myself, though there was a scary moment on the Manly ferry when the captain got the boat sideways to the storm wave......

I was a child of the desert originally and I still unsure a bit of what happened, but the short story is a band I was in had lost a member and the others were moving to Sydney, Byron Bay and Cairns. I fancied Byron as the other guitarist said if we got stuck, we just sleep on the beach! This was a good, long term plan, eh? Anyway, my car broke down on the border of NSW and Victoria and due to a errr....lack of finances, I had to call......Dad....Help!!! Then what seems like weeks after being saved, Dad got a job in Melbourne and they all moved there except me until...of course, I ran short of money...and moved into their house in Melbourne and then various other locations close by. I seem to remember young desert child didn't have a coat except an old op shop blazer that were the rage at the time....BRRRRR!!! Rained for the 1st four years I lived here. Saved by Helle Hansen Ski clothing!
