The Evil Dead films achieved that perfect balance of campy humor and horror. Genius! Some of my favorite Horror movies of all-time. "Yo, Granny! Let's go!"
american cheez Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 i used to have labels for "bruce campbell's soup"
darling67 Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 There are far too many great one-liners by "Ash".... and these are only from "Army of Darkness". But there represent a good sampling: ("Lady, I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to leave the store.") http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhHgZL211XQ
LarryUK Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 My sister loves the Evil dead. I must tell her.
Mr. C.O. Jones Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 Woooohoo!!! Nice! Thank's Rabs! I love those movies. Bruce is the King!

Do you know where the words Klaatu Barada Nikto come from? Its from the old film The Day the Earth Stood Still..... I have watched it since Army of Darkness came out and I wasn't aware, then all of a sudden they said those words.. I did laugh :)
Rabs Posted September 3, 2015 Author Posted September 3, 2015 When I was in the Coast Guard and we would do patrols we would watch Army of Darkness every week on pizza night. Yeah, its a proper classic... ive also seen it countless times, and its always good... Did you (or you other guys) ever see Drag Me to Hell.... Totally brilliant if you love Sam Ramis horror work... I well recommend it (it has much of the same sort of sick humour as Evil Dead)
