FT-335 serial decode

Hi, I just purchased an FT-335 acoustic and am trying to decode the serial number (which i've gathered is almost impossible?). The number is 632476 -- located on a sticker, just below the heel on the back of the body. It's a blue label (MIJ), stamped with a "B" on the back of the headstock. My guess for the year of manufacture is 1974.

 

Can anyone help?
