Bass Man Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 Hi I am hoping to get Epiphone 335 Dot to start me off again but would this be like cheap ones from seventies. My Commodore N25 Semi Acoustic from 1971 is needing of setup and new strings but I don't suppose it could be reborn. Best Wishes Stanley

Best Wishes Stanley Hi Stanley, you may want to check this model out too. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/guitars/epiphone-limited-edition-es-335-pro-electric-guitar it has better pickups, coil tapping, and block inlays. Plus, I believe it's the same price as the standard DOT
Bass Man Posted September 12, 2015 Author Posted September 12, 2015 The Epiphone Limited Edition ES-355 Pro Electric that was advised in above post seems good on YouTube and will get it for family instrument. The Epiphone EA-250 from seventies is same as Commodore N25 Semi Acoustic Guitar and collectors can buy it for $800 but my one will be kept.
