Hell yes. I'm not so familiar but I do love the "rock" album he did. Great musician. Sounds like a fun trip. How far is Salt Lake from you? I remember flying from SLC to Boise once through a storm. I almost tore the sleeve off of my poor colleague sitting next to me. Long time ago.

Yeah, we tried when we were much younger to see him, but missed out. We're not going to miss out this time.

He's a great performer and that's why we're going.

Salt Lake is about 5 hours from here. We'll drive. Although flying might be just as expensive. We could fly there, take a taxi to the venue and then return home after the show. I'll have to check into that.

Coming down 15 on a cold winter night into that valley with Salt Lake ahead of us was a beautiful sight.

Watched summer turn intofall in the course of one week in mid Missouri. Really a different experience than So. Cal.

Although my wife told me it was in the 80's today. Maybe I wanted it to seem that way to tell a good story.
