I was supposed to receive my new amp on Friday at 7:02 pm I have seen on their tracking tool that suddenly my address is incorrect. I just think that it was Friday and the driver didn't want to come at my place So now the delivery is planned for Tuesday because office is closed on Saturday and Sunday and the treatment to ask for a second passage on Monday . Rough enough that, in spite of specifically requesting that it be left on the doorstep they never would (neither UPS or USPS). Several packages just never got to me, were sent back to the shipper, and I was credited for the purchase. I am not going to be around at noon on a Wednesday for the love of god. Leaving it and taking the risk does me better than sending it the hell back so I never get the damned thing. They meant well, but hell... I'm giving you permission to go for it... I hate UPS I think I understand: the driver, instead of delivering, changed the address himself, creating a problem so he wouldn't have to make the delivery that day? Question: Did you communicate the address was wrong? Question: Did you make any communication? Obvious question: how did THEY know the address was wrong? Do they? I just ask because I am curious. Either way, IF what you say is correct (not that I don't), then I think a good solution is to complain, and make formal complaints. That way, while he may not get fired or have consequences, he will have a record of it, and will have to consider how to explain it next time he thinks about doing it.
