I purchased this bare body, and acquired it at a great price.... I'm now in the home stretch, as the face that was made by vinatgevibeguitars was delivered today [thumbup] ... Only this is the pup cavity is going to need some slight routing.... I'm a little bummed, but since it's gonna be my Jimi Hendrix geetar.... I'm okay

Great looking guitar Duane, congrats.

I have a set of P90's on my 70's tribute Firebird by Pete Biltoft at VintageVibeGuiatrs and love them, that guy knows his stuff and offers some unique designs.

He's great... He's wound and re-wound quite a few pups for me.... I spent all day and all night doing a recording of the 65 Olympic.... I would had been done alot sooner but the drum program was giving me fits [cursing] .... She has a nice bitey sound and really easy to play.... almost too easy that I might throw 10's on her

Cool guitar Duane, looks fantastic... but may I ask, how many guitars do you own? I thought I had a large collection, but you seem to acquire a new amazing one every other day [thumbup]

LOL........ I think 38 last count, with 80% of them Gibby's or Epi's

Cool! You beat me though, I have 33 at last count which I've collected over the last 20 years or so. Like yourself most of mine are Gibbys (17), Epi's (9) others (6).

Shame you don't live down the street from here, bet we'd have a great jam and collection put together! Some awesome collections on this forum for sure.

WOWSERS!!!! [thumbup] [thumbup]

Nine Epi's ...... I plan on bolstering my Epi collection as I only have two..... I'm looking for a 60's Epi Crestwood Custom (3 pup), and another 60's Casino.

Awesome Duane. I love my sunburst 1969 model Olympic with the Crestwood miniHB in it.

Possibly the coolest looking, to me!, guitar I ever held was a '64 Crestwood (2 pup model though I think) in polaris white with black guard and the oval inlays and rosewood tailpiece. oh man!
