Gibson deluxe double line double ring tuner

I'm restoring my Dad's 1974 Gibson ES 175D. At some point he replaced the tuning key on the G string. I'm trying to find an old replacement. I've found a bass side replacement or a whole set for $170.00. If I wanted to spend that much I'd put better tuners on it. I do want it to be original like when he first bought it. This guitar has huge sentimental value for me. What I need is a double line, double ring that says "GIBSON DELUXE" for the treble side. It looks like this.
