Someone had the same problem? Thanks Well there are a couple of things in your post to address. Did you ask your dealer for the Customer service phone number and owners manual? They would be the place to start. They may have taken them out of the case when thy inspected your guitar and forgot to put them back. Is the guitar is a 2012 as stated? Is it a new guitar? If not then there would be no warranty regardless. Gibson only offers a U.S. warranty to the original owner. It's pretty common knowledge that Gibson doesn't have a Gold Warranty for sales outside of the United States. Your warranty is covered by your dealer. This can vary from country to country so just give them a call and they can advise you on their policy. As for Customer Service info just check the website and you can get all the information there. Congratulations on getting a great guitar and welcome to the forum. We all look forward to having you post here. There are a bunch of countries represented here so you are certainly welcome. Most of us enjoy photos of new purchases. Some even post sound clips of their guitars.

Thanks a million for your help.About the pictures,I will in another moment..for sure.I going to contact with my dealer and well see. About the guitar yes,2012 production but brand new and unplayed....no other owner before. Once again thanks for your help
djw171 Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 My J185 did not have the owners manual inside the case. Not that I need an owners manual but I do like to have all the case candy. I emailed Gibson and I received the manual direct from Montana a few weeks later. My J15 was missing the QC check list. This had been removed for some reason by the Canada distributor, however I was able to obtain it via my retailer. All three of mine came with the string / pick / key ring set also.
62burst Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 The True Vintage case would be missed here more than the candy: (current eBay photo, no afil) But don't let the lack of either detract from the enjoyment of your new super jumbo. Any new guitar day is special, but an SJ200TVNGD is a celebration.

Very nice case....I am a little confused, from Gibson website "Each guitar includes a black hardshell case with plush-lined interior..."and "Case Exterior Brown Vintage case Interior Pink"....From the place I purchase the guitar Case True Vintage Hardshell Case,Case Exterior Brown Tolex Case Interior Yellow Fabric Mine is black, interior and exterior.I know the most important thing is the guitar but for the money it costs the Gibson SJ-200 TV.....

I understand your frustration but will venture to say that your guitar buying experience regardless of brand/country of purchase is directly related to the integrity of the dealer you buy from.....sadly enough the builder has control only to the extent that the dealer is going to represent them as (and I going out even further on the limb here) the builder was assured they (the dealer) would agree to do. One assumes a guitar builder like Gibson would want to be represented honestly and the customer that bought there instrument to have an experience second to none...I'd first ask your dealer where the expected items are and if no satisfaction from them I would attempt to contact Gibson directly. If you still get no satisfaction you may want to start posting on Gibsons product review page, and any other place you find to post a review. I believe the 'skeaky wheel gets the grease' would apply here. jmho.
