less plus nut issues

Hi all, other than contacting gibson customer service (vern waiting days for a reply now so trying to find another avenue), does anyone have any idea how to source a replacement like they've been known to send out for the zero fret brass nut as am getting the grooves and pinging issue after having the guitar for a couple of months.

Also any help finding the specific wiring diagram for a less plus to solve a ground issue would be amazing. My google-fu only seems to bring the usual les paul wiring diagrams up, not the 3 control and a toggle wiring diagram

If you don't get a reply from e-mails to Gibson for the Zero Fret Nut issue just give them a call at customer service. I have a 2015 Gibson Les Paul classic that had the same issue. When I talked to the they had replacements sent with in 5 days Free of charge. But they sent another Brass nut which had smaller grooves that the strings ran through to get rid of the pinging problem but the strings still started to cut into the nut soon after instalation and I talked with them again, so they sent a Nickle plated nut (also free of charge) that lasted longer but still had grooves cutting into it and when I talked with them again they quickly sent out a titanium nut(again for free) that has no issues. It has no grooves cutting into it and no pinging. In fact the new 2016 HP line with the zero fret nuts have the titanium nuts and that is the permanent fix. So basically when you talk to the just tell them you want the Titanium zero Fret nut for the replacement and your problems with the nut will be solved.

Where are you?

I had to go through Gibson Europe, but the USA customer service seems speedier. It took about 10 days for me I think.

I dont think you have another option without cost. It should not be something for you to pay for.

The ground issue is surprising. I've had dirty switches with a new Gibson, but not grounding. I cant advise there, but someone will soon I'm sure.
