capmaster Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 Has the first one of the linked pics been taken during a flood?
btoth76 Posted February 4, 2016 Author Posted February 4, 2016 Oh no. Just one of those late summer super-rains that happen once, but every year. Cheers... Bence
capmaster Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 As an amateur photographer I know that this sort of captures can't be planned. It's about patiently waiting and being there the right moment. It's a bit like with recording the perfect guitar solo!
btoth76 Posted February 4, 2016 Author Posted February 4, 2016 That's what I was thinking too, as most of His pictures were shot either in early morning, or around sunset. He patiently waited for the moment, when the colors of nature are the most exciting during a day. Bence
capmaster Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 Then there are lots of artificial lights, too. :P
daveinspain Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 When I was there last summer I got some great photos… What an amazing and beautiful city!! I stayed at the Gellert Hotel Spa right in front of the Liberty Bridge. The second year in a row I went there. I highly recommend it! kidblast Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 a beautiful place for sure. I can relate, I spent quite a bit of time (and money) myself pursuing photography as a interest. I've gone to some places dozens of times only to have the elements (Sky/weather) offer their magic to be captured once or if I'm lucky, twice..
btoth76 Posted February 4, 2016 Author Posted February 4, 2016 ... ... Hello Dave! That's the National Theatre. I work in a building on the other side of the Danube, opposing the Theatre. Very nice pictures! Cheers... Bence
