Is this LP Jr legit?

I bought what is supposed to be a 2001 Les Paul Junior used as a promo prize for a Green Day - Newcastle Brown Ale concert series. The silkscreening on the headstock has a few issues and I'm worried this may be a counterfeit Gibson.

There is a crack in the actual Gison maker's mark between the o and the n

The whole "Les Paul Junior" is off center (compared to my other 3 LPJ's)

and the "i" in "junior" is split.

The wiring and controls seem correct, but I have no expertise. My newer LPJ's all have Gibson pots.

The pots are stamped: 38950 0517 CTS

 

Please help?

no expert but it looks ok to me.only one pic of the GT500KR?i got to drive one many years ago,what a beast.came from the factory as a 428/2x4 barrel carbs,c6 auto fastback car with rollbar and fire extinguisher.

LOL! My dad bought it brand new in 1968. I grew up in that car.
