Acoustic strap lock for end jack?

don't think these work, since they look sort of permanent, keeping the strap on in the case will lead to finish problems.

 

I guess I'll have to just make sure the strap is reamed right so that tight on the end pin.

 

Straps are not usually setup properly for acoustic jacks, the hole and cut is too small.

The Tapastring works great (and is the same one, made by the same guy I think) that Elderly sells. I have left ones on two guitars I own for about six years now and no problems cased and uncased. That picture of the resonator guitar being held like that should come with a "don't try this at home" warning though. It might give some drunk friend the idea to try it on your guitar while you're off getting another beer.

Straps are not usually setup properly for acoustic jacks, the hole and cut is too small.

 

The leather on most straps is too thick to fit in the narrow grooves on the Endpin Jacks, even if the holes are made bigger.
