Problem Changing Strings

Another trick I learned many years ago, if you're going to take off all the strings with a stop tail. Once you get the strings off one side (like the E B and G ) wrap some masking tape around the stop tail and post so that the tail piece doesn't fall off and scratch the top. Masking tape is just strong enough to hold the tail piece but won't leave gunk.
