madhat
I would be interested in knowing how they define 'mahogany' as in types and origin- and what is used on specific models.... For example does anyone know specifically what is being used on the LG2 AE or J35? madhat.
the other side
I would be interested in knowing how they define 'mahogany' as in types and origin- and what is used on specific models.... For example does anyone know specifically what is being used on the LG2 AE or J35? madhat. just looked at Gibson's website on the J35. It reads Sitka top, mayhogany back, sides and neck. Same for the LG2 AE. Does not show Sitka grading on either.
Willie King
IMHO that article does not really say much. And how about Bubinga? They have used that too. The article is a piece of PR fluff.
