Tamerlane
I am going to throw this out there in the hopes that it might happen one day: an Epiphone version of the ES-390 with mini humbuckers. That would mean basically a Casino Coupe with minis instead of P-90s. I have been sorely tempted to buy a Casino Coupe, but I've had bad experiences with uncontrollable hum and noise using P90's in my "studio." I've seen the Gibson version and I would be all over it, but the cost is not in my budget at the moment (maybe never will be). If they did an Epi version, I would buy it. Anyone else like the idea? Kurt Vonnegut Fan
You could buy a Coupe and install something like these: http://customshop.seymourduncan.com/humbucker-under-p90-dog-ear/

Might have to resort to that, but I really like minis. Also, Casinos have narrow string spacing on the neck pickup, making it a bit tricky to just drop in a replacement. On the other hand I could just start saving my pennies and gor the Gibson version.
