Vinyl pitch not dectecting properly

I am using Denon s3700 media players and when my decks are zero pitch deckadance doesn't zero pitch ( registers at -.50) Traktor and Serato do not have this problem so I know it's not the decks. Have tried all available vinyl options and learn function in Decadance. Is there any tweaking I can do or can you fix? Also I am using an 8core Macpro on Yosemite and I am getting a lot of crashes is there a report we can generate to send you to help that problem out.

Press the "learn" button when the media players are stopped (no signal thru the DVS system), this way the learn engine will be reset to 0 (...just in case that it contains a wrong value). About the crashes: Are they happening at random times? When you load songs? Are you using any effect? In Macs when there is a crash then the system let you see a crash file/report. It would be nice if you can upload this file here.
