fortyearspickn Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 Wowsers. Real Americana. Perfect example of a rising star! Nice to see/HEAR the contrast between the Gibson and the Martin. Made it clearer to me why I prefer the former. Thanks of this!
Buc McMaster Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 Uh huh! Great to hear a young man mining that musical vein so well! Sounds a bit like Ray Lamontagne, me thinks, and looks a bit like Leonardo DiCaprio.......good combination! This is how I hear my stuff played.........upright bass, fiddle........perfect for folk/Americana tunes.
MissouriPicker Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 More "real music." Sweet and simple. I like this a lot. This kind of music makes far more of an impact on me than Country's boy bands and the noise on the most mainstream radio.
AnneS Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 The music was fine, but the talking part was painful. "Yeah. Yeah..." Wish they skipped that part. By skipping over it myself, I also noted just how different the tone was of the two guitars. Stark.
Papawooly Posted July 19, 2016 Posted July 19, 2016 Dynamic performance, and I love the "sneer"... quite remarkable and enjoyable.
EuroAussie Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 That was real good, the guy has talent and they combine real well. But he's really trying trying hard to be the new John Fullbright.
blindboygrunt Posted July 22, 2016 Author Posted July 22, 2016 Better that than trying to be the new Justin timberlake But I did notice same thing aussie
