Temptation Wall

A few times a year I travel back to Minnesota, and almost always include a stop at Willies Vintage Guitars. Today I was sorely tempted, but I persevered some how. There are 2 J-35s on this wall, a natural 1941 J-35, just right of lower center in this pic, and a 1930s J-35 3rd guitar to the left of the '41. It has 3 Tone Bars, and sounded oh so throaty and sublime, an outstanding guitar. The 1941 is articulate, loud and light. Sadly to pay for these I would probably have to sell my wife's piano, and her car. But the wise side of valor says that would probably not be a good thing to do. At the moment...

1968 'bird and the other is sunburst mid 60s J-45 modified I think. I rarely pull anything off that top row, so afraid I'll knock things.

I'll have the lovely one bottom centre between the two pictures ( is that a 45 or a J50 ) lovely looking collection

1954 J-50. Yep that was great sounding too.
