New Video!

Broke format a bit this weekend as I am a part of a duo that is working on an EP. Which to any of you that work with just one other person as a full band format it can be a challenge. Post quite a few 'shootouts' as well with gear - guitars, amps, etc... ANYWAY.

 

Had a lot of fun recording over the week... and even more shooting a the video. A first for us after all these years of writing, recording and gigging.

 

Here it is - a cover of Bananarama's "Cruel Summer".

Was the "concept" all your guys idea? The camera work was done very well. It didn't have an amateur, home-movie look to it at all.

Yes our idea and considering never done this before it turned out really great, we are very pleased. For the most part I was shooting unless I was in the frame. Propped the camera or he shot, my wife shot the "battle" at the end

I liked your video and the way you guys played and sang the song. I'm not a fan of the actual song or Bananarama. It was just on the radio yesterday and I turned it off!

 

I'd like to see more of your bands stuff or a different song.

By the way.. If you go back and edit your post.. remove the S from Https and it will embed...

Did you use the insert media button?

 

Just copy the full web address of the video from the address bar at the top and paste it in your post (and remove the S :)) (as JDGM has done)

Wow!!! You guys did a great job, liked it better than the original and you obviously had a blast making it. Agree with the others very profession looking vid.
