flatbaroque
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3edj07TIXOU&feature=youtu.be Something different. Jacques Brel is one of my favorite non English singers.I've been to a wedding and am full of grog.Probably wouldn't post this otherwise. But you are a forgiving bunch.Tenor uke.English version.I can almost do the French one sober. Salfromchatham
Way to own it! Never heard of the artist. Clearly there is a lot intensity and emotion in this one. Loved it. Vocals right on, and the vibe carried out.
AnneS
The song is in you, sir- that is brilliant. Jacques would most likely raise a glass to you there, and then think what a fine song he'd writ. Merci, monsieur!
Joe M
Hope Buc doesn't see this, he'll be getting rid of his HB and going back to the uke.....

BluesKing777
Gee, that was a really great performance but you either got fat or you shrunk your guitar in the wash! Can't say I have heard of the Brel chap either, but I also didn't know they drink or fish in Amsterdam [mellow] BluesKing777.
Mafy31
Way to own it! Never heard of the artist. It is one of the most famous french singers (from Belgium though i think). His lyrics are deep and the emotion when he sings is unique and real. You should have a look at the so many great songs he did like "Ne me quitte pas", "Quand on n'a que l'amour", "Jeff", "Vesoul", "Le plat Pays", "Chez ces gens là", "Les bourgeois", "La valse à Mille temps", etc... Watch them live, he is incredible. I believe you probably heard one of them once. FB, it was really great. Thanks for the share.
