Yes, she's brilliant [thumbup]

I love that she smiles so much when playing (though not so much in these videos) [smile]

First saw her on the Jeff Beck at Ronnie Scotts performance. Love her!

Never seen her sing or play guitar before though...

The Bass, is an old Harmony. Looks to be an H22 without the weird pickguard, they often had.

Probably changed the stock machine heads to Schaller or some such, as the stock one's were much

smaller.

Yes and amazing parents as well. When she was 15 or 16 years of age, they took her to the US, set her up in an apartment, stayed for a few weeks to ensure she was OK and then agreed to leave her to her own devices to make her way in music. How many parents do you know who would take that risk? She is Australian if you weren't already aware of that not that actually matters but Vegemite is in her blood!

SHES MY HERO!! What a cool story about her move to US. She has an incredible work ethic to have gotten where she is, how rare these days. Say,,whats the story behind how Mr Beck "found her"? Always enjoy the "discovery" stories. Didnt know shes from DU,,another gem of an import to USA. I have nothin but admiration + respect for he,,what a wonderful lady. Captn eaglerock snipped me on the top vid,,but the bottom one could view,,shes so amazing,,wow [thumbup]

Ohh man.. If you have never seen it you MUST track down Jeff Beck live at Ronnie Scotts on DVD or something... The whole gig is just wow..... All the musicians are incredible... And even Jimmy Page is in the audience (and Clapton plays too).. And Jeff himself gives a performance that's out of this world.

It really is a musical treat to behold..

So what night was Page there?

Well...not my night. [smile]

Otherwise perhaps he would have said "John! Thank God! I need your help with my latest Zeppelin remixes!!" [biggrin][flapper][flapper]

There weren't any cameras there when I went (despite this, 2 people have claimed they can see me in the video - but I've checked and I'm not in it).

Plant is also glimpsed at one point - not sitting with Page.

BTW if you look at the 1st minutes of Beck's Rock n' Roll Party/Tribute to Les Paul, there are a good half-dozen legends in the audience.
