I've been blessed in that I've only owned a few bad sounding guitars in my life. And they weren't really BAD.

 

But I've been to Gruhns dozens of times and rarely find a guitar that "grabs" me, like my J-45 Rosewood/ebony. It defies pigeon holes.

 

The only reason I ever think about downsizing the electric collection and buying another acoustic, is simply to have a backup.
