Deckadance 2 Activation

I am having trouble with the activation of the deckadance 2 standard version I purchased, since two weeks ago.

 

After uploading the activation request file, this message shows: "An authorization response file could not be generated, if this error persists please contact Technical Support."

 

Please let me know what I have to do in order to manage to activate it.

Hello Luis,

 

I have tried it from a different computer as well and my computer's time is updated.

 

After trying to update the activation file (it is a .crq file) the message "An authorization response file could not be generated, if this error persists please contact Technical Support" still appears.

 

Is there another way to activate it since I have been trying for almost 1 month now. Please help :)

I am having the same problem!

I tried to download all the three possible files (DVS, STANDARD, LE), but each failed in the 2nd step (DVS and STANDARD) or the 3rd step (LE), when I have to import activation response.

What shall I do?

Are you using Windows or Mac? Is the time/date of your computer correct (...if it's older than the actual one then it can generate problems)?
