jdgm
I have a Custom Shop Gibson LP Custom which came with no COA. Many didn't (for some time) though I don't know why not. Looks real to me, however I'm no expert. Good luck.

Twang Gang
Guitar looks very nice. I wouldn't worry about a COA some came with them, some don't. I've had several custom shop guitars (4 if I recall) and only one of them came from the factor with a COA. Just make sure you play the guitar, if you haven't already, and like the way it feels and sounds.
MichaelT
It looks like a Custom Shop and the serial number seems correct. You could call Gibson to verify, if you have concerns. I don't have the original warranty card or other things from a few of my Gibsons but they look and play well and their numbers have been verified. If you give them the number CS42781, I think they can look it up.
