fretplay
I'm still searching for a parlour guitar but I find it difficult to tell one from the other. The Martin 0042 is wonderful but daft money. I like the 0028 too but it still seems a lot of money in comparison to it's full size friend 00028 which is a classic iconic guitar. There is also the 0012 has anyone tried one? Gibson is equally confusing, there are L0 LI L2 just for a start, whats the difference? When you add it up parlour guitars are so much more expensive than full size, why is that? Any ideas guys? jedzep
Small bods like 00 size are not quite parlour guitars, so if you stay strictly in the parlour niche when shopping you'll get a bit of a break on cost range, at least for stock models.
ponty
Have a look at Larrivee P range. The one below is at a great price. http://www.wildwoodmusic.com/larrivee-guitars.html?wppa-occur=1&wppa-cover=0&wppa-album=

NCtom
As noted by ponty, Larrivee makes several parlor, 0, and 00 guitars that are great and well priced. My 00-09 is a custom no longer in production, but Wildwood usually offers them. The others are available in most configurations.
Dave F
I bought one a couple years ago. I wanted one that I could just set around and not worry about. Bought an Alvarez solid hog parlor. I'm happy with it.
