My first proper guitar was an '81 SG that I got when I was 15 in the 90s and still own :) I recently bought a '74 Rickenbacker 360 from the original owner. He said that when he bought it new in '77 the shop had apparently misplaced the case so they matched it with the best fitting one they could find. It ended up being the Gibson case seen below. Grog Posted November 2, 2017 Share Posted November 2, 2017 With the exception of where the neck rests, it looks a lot like the case my 1977 RD Artist came in. That long strap is sort of puzzling.
