uncle fester
Hi All - looking at Gibson Hummingbird Pros, the description of the current version has a 'solid sitka' spruce top. There's a new 2018 version available with a multiply top. Multiply doesn't sound like a good thing to me, but does anyone really know what this means... i.e. different sound... how, better / lower quality material etc... Appreciate any input
62burst
They're describing the binding, the top and the back, as in the specs at Gibson.com : http://www.gibson.com/Products/Acoustic-Instruments/Square-Shoulder/Gibson-Acoustic/Hummingbird-Pro/Specs.aspx But I think we'll need to organize an intervention if your Pro gas level rises. At least you haven't noticed the Hummingbird Artiste, yet
