Retired
I got to see them do the rare Wall stage performance for our Anniversary present way back. David was on top of the wall alone doing Comfortably Numb and I was in 7th Heaven. I could listen to him play all day long.
Versatile
A fabulous atmospheric location...... Only David Gilmour could carry this off...... He also played some steel guitar during this concert..... V

saturn
There used to be a great version on Youtube of him and his band doing "Murder" live, but it appears to have been taken down. Wish I knew where it was filmed.
kelly campbell
One of my very favorites, Saw him on this last tour two years ago this spring. I saw all three shows in Chicago, that was the first time I had seen him since the Pink Floyd original Wall tour in 1980 in LA. Great guitarist love his tone. JayinLA
He ain't no shredder, he plays with so much feeling. Yup. Just wish he could write like Roger Waters. Roger not only explains the "what" but the 'how' it feels.

Retired
I watched a video way back of Gilmour playing Comfortably Numb on a Acoustic guitar, that was amazing with all the string bends and such.
