phinegan
Hello - My 2007 J-45 came with a hang-tag where the model number was hand-written as "J-45 US" or "VS". Anyone have an idea about what the suffix means? Thanks - Dan

phinegan
Vintage sunburst Definitive answer or guess? Does that mean any other difference from a Plain Jane J-45? In either case, thanks! Dan
ksdaddy
It's the Victoria's Secret J-45. Very expensive and the top isn't natural.

Dan [/quote'] Definitive answer. The "plain Janes" have a different model number, unless it's a special order, I believe. Also, any differences between the J-45 models will depend on which model you have (True vintage, modern classic, historic, Legend, classic, etc.)

I was really wondering what the "VS" was all about, though, so thanks for the answer.
Taylor Player
Just got back from the local Guitar Center and played a new J-45 hanging on the wall priced around $4500 that looked beautiful! Happy to say, no GAS..... My Advanced Jumbo kicked it's butt!!! Nice to know when you already have a few good guitars waiting at home, that GAS isn't always present.
