Anybody want to guess the final price? I'm thinking $1900.

Hmmm, , , not sure it'll climb that high. I say 15.

 

There's a member on the AGF selling his 50's J-50 for that. Seems a much better buy:

Surely prefered to the 52'er, which all in all seems to have gone a little skizo - notice the tuners.

Still early 50's are rated higher than the last half of the decade. Light/Heavier. Hard to judge, , , really. .

 

The uplifting thought is that there are people around willing to take the challenge. The results always exciting for the rest of us.

That also would look nice next to my LG3, but I don’t think it would be enough of a challenge to interest my luthier. He would probably change the strings and give it back to me....

 

Whereas that other guitar would have him and the apprentice and even the father poking all over it like crows!
