Gibson must provide information !!!

pocket change for a company like Gibson im afraid :-

 

I am thinking it will take a few more hundred people to add their names to this list before it would even be looked at.

Even then the chances of it ending up in the trash is still high. :-({|=

The dark fire is mearly one guitar of a range of quality instuments that are being produced' date='

29 names to a customer base of thousands is hardly going to make heads turn.

However I do wish for some info as to when roughly we may be taking stock of the dark fire in the Uk so im keeping my fingers crossed.

I ordered mine in the beginning of Dec. 2008.

I'm now waiting for the Musik Messe in Frankfurt, Germany, starting at April, 1st.

I want to see into a Gibson sales representant's face, while he's telling me, it could be read in the stars, when the DF will be shipped to Europe. Maybe 2009 or 2010, if ever. ;-)

When Gibson fixed the date to launch the Dark Fire' date=' they took many commitments to its customers. [/b']

 

Now, all the customers understand the difficulties of gibson and everybody are confident that gibson is seriously working to resolve them asap .

 

However, Gibson and Gibson Europe MUST INFORM their customers about the estimated date when DF will be on sale.

 

Without any information, many of us are losing confidence in Gibson, and now the management of Gibson must do something for us !

Do note that the entire Dark Fire team (which does include members of Gibson's top management) is already aware of the issue and they are actively working on the project so that these orders can be fulfilled. We want everyone that ordered a Dark Fire to have it ASAP' date=' but we don't yet have a firm ETA to offer. Considers that many people are canceling their orders for lack of information from Gibson.

 

As soon as possible, you should inform your customers on the timing of availability of DF.
