bigtim
The tascam 8 track cassette style recorder, did it have a special aluminum device that you attached to the cassette tape so the heads would line up correctly? I know it did but I do not remember what it was called or where you get them. Any advice would help, Thanks
sparquelito
I still have a Tascam Porta Two Ministudio machine. (four-track cassette recorder) Works great, surprisingly, considering that it's 31 years old. I don't recall anyone, back in the day, using the special aluminum device you describe. Cougar
I still have a Tascam Porta Two Ministudio machine. (four-track cassette recorder) I still have four-track cassette recorder that I used to do a lot of recording on (here's an example). It would work as an anchor for a good sized boat. Now I use Cubase Elements. No weight!
