robroy
This B-25n is in great shape with no issues; I have recently added a JLD Bridge Doctor (http://bobandbonnie.com/out_of_my_mind/jld_review.html) to improve tone and long term stability of the guitar. Everything is original except for a new hardshell case. The serial number is 947738. A tight crack on the bottom of the lower bout that occurred long ago has been glued and cleated (did not effect the wonderful tone of this guitar at all). $800 plus $40 insured shipping cont. U.S. Here are some reviews of this model: http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews/Guitar/product/Gibson/B25/10/1 Thanks for your interest. This is a great small body vintage Gibson. robroy
Ok, the nut width is 1 5/8"; action at low e is 1/8" and the action at high e is 3/32". There is lots of saddle: it's the adjustable rosewood style over a rosewood (Brazilian?) bridge. The scale is 24 11/16". The tone is warm, woody and surprisingly bright with a new set of Gibson Masterbuilt Premium Phosphor Bronze lights I just put on today. The tone is fuller than my L1 Robert Johnson and I think it sounds much nicer than a Martin 000-18 I used to have. It's a great guitar for the blues but it is really quite versatile. Thanks for your interest. Robert
awboruch
Have you sold the B-25 yet? Would you be willing to ship it to the Chicago area? Is the price firm? Why are you selling it? Do I have your personal assurance that the guitar is in good condition, free of defects that would affect sound quality? Is it in playable shape? Straigt neck? Do the tuners hold the strings in place? If I receive the guitar and am immedetly unhappy with it (sound, playability) can I send it back for a guitar refund?
