aliasphobias
Interesting rescue potential in the marginally acceptable cost range. May have been a decent guitar before he "worked" on it? He drilled a hole to steam the neck off and then just tore it off. Frets are terrible; random lengths, super glue all over the fretboard, ends aren't dressed and I highly doubt that they are level. Look at the sides of the dovetail, one side looks reasonably tight the other "close enuf", lol. What a botched up mess! I wouldn't touch it. BluesKing777
Look at the back of this J45 in photo number 7: https://reverb.com/item/10865330-gibson-j45-1955-sunburst BluesKing777. Ha ha, the back of the neck join looks like I did it! Or the fear of doing that stops me.... My guess, it will need at least a new neck, or it will get a cover up job. BluesKing777. I do have a slightly shaved 1948 neck lying around. 😀
