Mickthemiller
Sorry I can't print a picture or an item number but there is a 2005 hummingbird for sale on eBay uk that somehow looks odd. The pick guard does not look right - too big - and the shoulders don't look square enough. I have asked if it has original pick guard and been told it has. Can anyone else take look? It's listed at £1775. I'm just intrigued!

It’s an HB Artist. A bird in name- not the full bird.

Paul14
But not a hummingbird, as advertised. No, it’s not! They could have done a natural finish, & called it a mahogany songwriter. That would have been more accurate! Hummingbird pro ain’t a Hummingbird either! Nice, but, no!
Mickthemiller
After some very friendly messages to and fro the seller has removed the guitar. He has a small shop and tells me he took it in part exchange in good faith. Says he's going to check with Gibson re serial number. I will keep an eye out for it coming up as a HB artist! Thanks for feedback guys.
