kidblast Posted July 25, 2018 Share Posted July 25, 2018 Well for one, Specs read: Pau Ferro fretboard with mother-of-pearl Trapezoid inlays. while it still considered a rosewood, it's from a completely different geography from where most of the rosewood we're used to seeing is harvested. (Pau Ferro is from South America). That could be why you are seeing a lighter coloration there as it's known to have varying qualities in regards to colors and hue.
