gruffydd3 6 Report post Posted September 22, 2018 It's almost that time of year when the humidity takes a plunge. I use the Planet Waves Humidipaks in the sound holes of my acoustics, but this year I'll also have a hollow body archtop (ES-295). What do you use for yours? gruffydd3 6 Report post Posted September 30, 2018 I take it no one uses humidifiers on archtops. Since mine is laminated, I didn't think I needed to, but was curious if anyone did.
slimt 111 Report post Posted December 9, 2018 I use a Tube style with the sponge in the center of the tube... and yes even laminate guitars need those.. it all helps keep the finger boards and Necks from shrinking.. and I guess keeping the Guitar in the case would help in these matters.. I maintain my guitars once a week,, and It does make a difference,
gnappi 43 Report post Posted December 12, 2018 I use two O-Cello sponges in a tray of water where I store my gits.

sub rosa 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2019 I live in Colorado, so keep my guitars in their cases when not in use. In each case I have a Music Nomad "The Humitar" case humidifier. Does the trick!
JSW 1 Report post Posted January 6, 2019 I use a Oasis humidifier in my guitar case. Many options to choose from lol. Jim
